Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and notify us within 48 hours of delivery .  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.  Returns for Damaged products are free.


Cancellations & Refunds:

Shop worry free!  If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can exchange or return your item within 30 days of delivery as long as it has not yet been assembled and is returned in original packaging.  Shipping return rates will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note, all orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges as well as a 15% re-stocking charge.
