Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery and notify us within 48 hours of delivery .  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to Returns@BelloVilla.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.  Returns for Damaged products are free.

PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE PACKAGE 

If you refuse to accept the product the all the charges from dispatching ,return ,refusal and custom charges will be paid by the customer.  If you are not available to receive the package, please call the shipping company to arrange a time that works for you.  

In order to avoid high fees, please accept the product and then email us in order to start your return process. 

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

Shop worry free!  If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can exchange or return your item within 30 days of delivery as long as it has not yet been assembled and is returned in original packaging. Please note, that your original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.  Email us at Returns@BelloVilla.com to start your return process.

Please note, all orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges as well as a 15% re-stocking charge.
