Shipping

Shipping:  

• All orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING within the US (except Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories).
• Freight Carrier will contact you by phone to arrange date and time for delivery for all larger items that are shipped LTL.  

Order Confirmation:

Most products are ready to ship within 2 business days. Some items are made to order, please see product pages for details.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days).  If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.  

Order Shipment & Delivery :

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of shipment to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  

 After your order is shipped it will take 7-12 business days to be delivered.  We will follow up on all orders to ensure the shipment on it's way to you ASAP.

Bello Villa is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier.
